First piece in aaages! Back to abstract 3d... kinda find it hard to articulate anything deep with this medium, as a result of experimenting with vector art. I tried to construct a different effect in this piece however, through the shape and positioning of the render and brushing, in making the explosion seem somewhat alive, rather than simply a product of some chemical imbalance or something…
